The honesty and simplicity of the food and the unbridled joy Italians derive from sharing their cuisine and their country with others had me from “Ciao!”. On every visit to this beautiful, generous country I have savoured each morsel, learning and absorbing whatever I could about their culinary bounty. My Italian cooking experiences are a joyous ramble through favourite dishes and techniques I just love to share.
