Gluten-intolerance is real! Increasingly, people are moving towards a gluten-free lifestyle and with good reason. Industrial processing of our basic foods, like bread, and the genetically modified wheat, preservatives and additives that feed it are affecting the health of post-industrial populations. We’re all vulnerable, yet few consider a lifestyle change. Having experienced the heartburn and discomfort of gluten intolerance myself, I set about creating recipes to make my gluten-free table exciting and full of flavour. Join me as we cook and explore the culinary world, sans gluten.
