Hot on the heels of yet another resoundingly successful week of culinary energy at this beautiful château in Boussac, the prospect of spending another rewarding time with food and wine enthusiasts on the banks of the River Creuse in Spring 2027 fills me with joy.

Come with me on this Lebanese culinary odyssey. Enjoy the local attractions that we have added to the itinerary for your enjoyment. We’ll be cooking in the sumptuous summer kitchen, then retiring in the evenings to the fairytale luxury of this 18th century château.
